Are you or your child interested in private or group instruction on an instrument? Contact me here. I have many years of experience and I specialize in teaching drum set and piano to kids! I am a former substitute teacher for BVSD and have been teaching drum lessons full time since 2013.

I also teach West African drums (djembe and dunun), Kamele ngoni, congas and timbales. In addition to working with kids, I work with many adults who are trying to level up their playing so they can reach their goals performing in bands.

Please contact me for rates and scheduling. I teach from my home studio, virtually via Facetime/Zoom, and also travel to students’ homes to teach in-home lessons (my most popular option). My afternoons fill up quickly at the beginning of the school year so get in touch to reserve your spot!

I also teach group classes for West African drumming and Kamele ngoni. A group setting is generally the best way to learn this music as it is intended to be played as part of a community. It is also more affordable, and a lot of fun! I currently have one group class that meets weekly on the Front Range.
